Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
n
2. Prepare detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and execution details using AutoCAD.
n
3. Create 3D models and high-quality renders using SketchUp and V-Ray.
n
4. Develop mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections in line with the design vision.
n
5. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), specifications, and project documentation.
n
6. Participate in client meetings, take design briefs, and support design presentations.
n
7. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
n

Assist with material selection as required.

9. Ensure drawings and documentation are updated throughout the design and execution process.
n
10. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications Required:

n

n

n
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
n
- Proven work experience as an Interior Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and technical skills.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V ray, Enscape, Corona and other design software.
n
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes.
n
- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
