15 - 20 years of experience in QSR/Food Retail Operations with proven expertise in managing a 50+ store network and driving business growth.

Role Overview:

n

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations Head to lead our Foods retail business, with end-to-end responsibility for operational excellence, business growth, profitability, and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong QSR operational expertise combined with

n

business acumen and P&L; ownership capability .

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Own and drive the performance of a multi-store QSR/Food Retail network, including sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
n
- Manage and improve store-level P&L;, revenue growth, cost optimization, and productivity.
n
- Lead new store openings (NSO) including planning, execution, manpower readiness, and operational setup.
n
- Drive consistent execution of SOPs, food safety standards, service quality, and brand experience across stores.
n
- Build and develop high-performing teams including Area Managers and Store Managers.
n
- Use data and business insights to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance.
n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support expansion and operational scalability.
n

- Proven experience managing 50+ QSR/Food Retail outlets .
n
- Strong understanding of store operations, customer experience, and retail metrics.
n
- Demonstrated ownership of business performance and profitability.

- Hands-on experience in new store openings and scaling retail operations .

- Robust commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and margin improvement.
