Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Apple Mac devices using Jamf.
Provide end-to-end management and support for MacBooks.
Handle MDM device provisioning, enrollment, policy enforcement and compliance.
Support MacBooks, iPhones and iOS devices in an enterprise setting.
Troubleshoot Mac device, access, application,



hardware and software issues.
Manage endpoint lifecycle and device configurations.
Deploy and update applications across managed devices.
Support Microsoft Outlook and Teams configuration and troubleshooting on Mac and iPhone.
Resolve end-user issues and provide L2/L3-style endpoint support.
Ensure devices comply with organizational security and compliance policies.
Provide robust user and device management support across the Apple ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate:

Candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Jamf administration, macOS endpoint management, Apple device troubleshooting, MDM operations and enterprise client engineering support. Good understanding of Mac devices and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve Mac-related issues is required.

Interview Rounds: 1 Technical Round + 1 Client Round

Interview Mode: Virtual

Work Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week from office.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
