We are seeking a agile and motivated Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from the provided database and introduce our products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
