Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our agrochemical/chemical manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for plant and corporate requirements.
Handle employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
Conduct and manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI and Factory Act.
Manage employee training, development and performance management.
Support manpower planning, retention and employee engagement.




Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel records.
Handle day-to-day HR and administration activities at the manufacturing unit.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of HR Generalist functions and HR operations.
Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
Good knowledge of performance management and employee evaluation.
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience in manufacturing / agrochemical / chemical industry will be preferred.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
Solid leadership and people-management skills.
Candidate should be comfortable working in a 6-day working environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
