Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling.
Maintain student records and follow-up activities.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding admissions and student requirements.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counseling and student relationship management abilities.
Ability to guide and mentor students.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of career counseling and training programs is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship roles preferred.
