Job Description

We are looking for a GitLab Expert/Architect with SME (Subject Matter Expert) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing GitLab environments, CI/CD pipelines, and driving DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities
Architect and manage GitLab (SaaS or Self-Managed) settings.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
Establish GitLab governance, security, and best practices.
Design and manage scalable GitLab Runner infrastructure.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Integrate GitLab with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
Drive DevSecOps adoption, including security scanning and compliance controls.
Improve pipeline performance, developer productivity, and platform reliability.
Support migrations from Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms to GitLab.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Experience supporting large enterprise GitLab environments.
GitLab migration and modernization experience.
GitLab Certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹11,935.10 - ₹52,204.69 per month
