Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
Coordinate with delivery executives, drivers, hubs, and third-party logistics partners.
Monitor order dispatch, delivery status, delays, and failed deliveries.
Ensure timely achievement of delivery SLAs and operational KPIs.
Optimize delivery routes, manpower, and vehicle utilization.
Handle customer escalations related to deliveries and service issues.
Monitor delivery productivity, attendance, and performance of delivery personnel.
Analyze operational data and identify prospects to reduce delivery costs.
Manage exceptions such as undelivered orders, incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and returns.
Coordinate reverse logistics and return-to-origin (RTO) processes.
Ensure accurate proof of delivery and system updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
