About the Role
OneWellness is looking for motivated and energetic Pharma Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have a passion for pharmaceutical sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain robust customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular field visits and follow up with existing clients.
Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.
Requirements.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
