Key Responsibilities Job Description – Front Desk & HR/Admin Executive

Front Desk & Reception
Manage reception and front-desk activities professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, candidates, clients, and employees.
Handle courier and general enquiries.
Maintain visitor records and ensure a smooth front-office experience.
Coordinate meeting rooms and support visitors as required.

Admin Support
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and other support staff.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and administrative records.
Support in organizing meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and other office requirements.

HR & Onboarding Support




Support HR in the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
Coordinate joining formalities and collect required employee documents.
Provide general HR support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; HR/Administration background will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, HR, Admin, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
