Shaadi Filmer is a luxury destination wedding photography & filmmaking brand with the legacy since 1979. We are hiring a passionate and result-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to generate wedding leads, build solid industry partnerships, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, confidence in client handling, and an interest in luxury weddings, sales, and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Convert potential clients into confirmed bookings
Generate offline leads through wedding planners, venues, makeup artists, hotels, decorators & event companies
Build and maintain robust vendor partnerships
Follow-up with clients and maintain lead database
Schedule meetings and explain wedding packages & services
Coordinate with the creative team for smooth client experience
Attend wedding exhibitions, networking events & industry meetups
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets

Requirements
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident personality with good sales ability




Client handling and negotiation skills
Passion for weddings, luxury events
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business & Google Sheets
Ability to build professional relationships and generate referrals
Experience in sales, business development, hospitality or wedding industry is preferred
