We are looking for a Sales Enquiry Executive to handle incoming sales enquiries, communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide product and pricing information, and follow up regularly to convert enquiries into orders.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and WhatsApp, and be highly organised with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.
Share product details, catalogues, pricing, MOQ and other relevant information with customers.
Follow up with enquiries regularly and work towards converting them into orders.
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, follow-ups and conversions in the company's CRM/ERP or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team, distributors and internal departments to process enquiries.
Identify potential distributors, dealers, retailers and bulk buyers from incoming enquiries.
Ensure timely responses to all customer enquiries.




Track pending enquiries and ensure that no potential lead is missed.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on enquiries received, follow-ups and conversions.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements
3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer handling, sales coordination or lead management.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Valuable follow-up and persuasion skills.
Ability to maintain records and work in an organised manner.
Hindi and English communication skills required.
Experience in FMCG, biscuits, food products or distribution will be an advantage.
