Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Planner to handle architectural planning, technical drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination for ongoing projects. The role requires solid design, technical, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and review planning layouts, master plans, and design concepts.

 Develop and check technical / working drawings and documentation.

 Coordinate with MEP, Structural engineers, consultants, and internal teams.

 Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.

 Support project timelines, client meetings, and design presentations.

Requirements

 B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification.

 Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.

 Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and BIM (preferred).

 Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,169.72 per month
