Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
Ensure proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses, etc.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, hot work, and electrical work.
Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety inductions, and safety training for workers.
Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, checklists, and incident reports.
Ensure proper barricading, signage, housekeeping, access/egress, and emergency arrangements.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers to close safety observations and non-conformities.
Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a robust safety culture and zero-accident approach across the construction site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
