Key Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor product quality during production.
Perform in-process and final inspection of components.
Check products as per quality standards and specifications.
Identify defects and take necessary corrective actions.
Use basic measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Report quality issues and inspection status to the management.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes.
Basic knowledge of die-casting components is preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Attention to detail.
