We are hiring a Senior HR Recruiter for MedPlus in Chennai region.

What You Will Do:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for MedPlus stores in the region
Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals and field visits
Conduct walk-in drives, campus drives and job drives
Manage bulk hiring for store roles like Pharmacist, Pharmacy Aid, CSA, Delivery staff, Housekeeping and Security
Ensure timely closure of vacancies for new store openings
Control attrition by conducting exit interviews and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment tracker and share regular reports
Coordinate with store managers and operations team for hiring needs
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline

Who Can Apply:
MBA / MSW HR completed
Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment mandatory




Must be willing to travel across store locations
Coimbatore local candidates preferred
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits

Work Location: Chennai (Pharmacy Stores - store visits)
Job Type: Full-Time
