Hardware and Software Management: Set up, configure, and deploy recent laptops, desktops, printers, and phones. Install software updates, patches, and security drivers.
Network and Connectivity Troubleshooting: Fix local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN connection problems. Ensure office meeting spaces and video conferencing tools run smoothly.
User Account Administration: Manage staff onboarding and offboarding by creating or disabling user accounts and setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) via tools like Active Directory.
Maintenance and Documentation: Keep accurate logs of hardware and software inventory. Record recurring faults and solutions in a ticketing system to maintain a helpful knowledge base.
Security and Backups: Monitor antivirus updates, check firewall compliance, and ensure data backup processes run correctly
