Head – Strategy, Projects & Hospitality Advisory Location: Hyderabad Company: Ridhira Group Experience: 10–18 Years Industry Preference: Strategy Consulting, Hospitality, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Tourism & PPP Advisory About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented professional to drive business strategy, project development, feasibility, investment planning, and end-to-end execution across Ridhira Group’s hospitality, tourism, real estate, wellness, and infrastructure businesses. The ideal candidate should have experience with leading consulting firms or advisory practices such as PwC Deal Advisory, EY Infrastructure Strategy, Deloitte Tourism Consulting, KPMG PPP Advisory, or similar strategy and transaction consulting backgrounds, combined with hands-on exposure to hospitality or real estate project execution. This role will work closely with the Group leadership and act as a strategic partner in evaluating, planning, and executing new business opportunities—from feasibility and DPR preparation to commissioning and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Development Develop and drive corporate, business, and growth strategies across hospitality, tourism, wellness, real estate, and infrastructure verticals. Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, demand assessment, and business case development. Support leadership in strategic decision-making, investment prioritization, and long-term growth planning. Hospitality & Tourism Advisory Lead hospitality and tourism development projects from concept and feasibility through execution and commissioning. Develop feasibility studies, financial models, operating concepts, market assessments, and project strategies. Work on luxury hospitality, resorts, wellness destinations, heritage properties, tourism infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. Coordinate with architects, designers, operators, consultants, project teams, and external stakeholders. PPP,



DPR & Government Advisory Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility reports, project structuring documents, and investment proposals. Evaluate and structure PPP and tourism infrastructure projects. Engage with government authorities, tourism boards, investors, consultants, and strategic partners where required. Support bid strategy, concession analysis, project structuring, and commercial negotiations. Project Execution & Commissioning Drive projects from feasibility and concept stage through development, execution, pre-opening, and commissioning. Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables. Ensure alignment between strategy, commercial viability, design, development, and operational requirements. Establish project governance, review mechanisms, and leadership dashboards. Chief of Staff / Leadership Support Work closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities and critical business initiatives. Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely closure of key action points. Prepare board presentations, investment notes, strategy papers, and management reports. Act as a bridge between leadership and business/project teams to ensure execution accountability. Candidate Profile 10–18 years of experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, infrastructure advisory, hospitality consulting, real estate strategy, or project development. Experience with firms such as PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture Strategy, BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or similar consulting/advisory organizations will be highly preferred. Strong exposure to one or more of the following:



Hospitality and tourism consulting Deal advisory and investment strategy Infrastructure strategy PPP advisory DPR and feasibility studies Real estate development Hotel/resort project execution Project development and commissioning Chief of Staff or strategic leadership roles COO/Business Operations roles in hospitality or real estate Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept and feasibility through execution and operational launch. Robust financial, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. Preferred Backgrounds We would particularly like to consider candidates with experience in: Strategy Consulting – Hospitality, Tourism or Real Estate PwC – Deal Advisory / Infrastructure / Strategy EY – Infrastructure Strategy / Transaction Advisory Deloitte – Tourism, Hospitality or Infrastructure Consulting KPMG – PPP Advisory / Infrastructure Advisory Hospitality project development and execution Hotel feasibility, development, pre-opening, and commissioning DPR, PPP, tourism infrastructure, and government advisory Chief of Staff roles supporting CXOs or founders Former consulting professionals currently working as COO, Strategy Head, Business Head, or Project Development Head in hospitality or real estate Education MBA from a reputed institution, preferably in Strategy, Finance, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or General Management. Engineering, Architecture, Hotel Management, Economics, Finance, or related qualifications may also be considered. Additional certifications in project management, finance, or infrastructure advisory will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate: A former strategy or advisory consultant who can move beyond PowerPoint and analysis and take ownership of projects from strategy and feasibility through execution and commissioning.
