Role Name: Art Director

Summary: We are seeking an Art Director to concept and execute creative campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation. The ideal candidate will be able to express their ideas clearly, provide direction and leadership to team members, execute company objectives, and partner with cross-functional departments on strategy and execution. The long hours and the strict deadlines might seem intimidating to some, but it is truly rewarding too. You will work in a creative,



fast-paced environment that requires proven leadership and vision execution by partnering with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.

Responsibilities:

• Build & sustain a design culture & working setting that emphasises creativity & strong design thinking.

• Develop designs & solutions efficiently and intelligently.

• Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.

• Excellent working expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).

• Regularly suggest, document, and implement new & improved designs, methods & processes.

• Effectively communicate & interact with multiple stakeholders & with clients (if needed).

• Willing to learn & explore new & existing software/technology.

• Guide team to work creatively around challenging briefs & design without impacting quality.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines

• Good understanding of colour correction and colour grading techniques

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
