VelivoHR looking for a Performance Marketing Manager/ Paid Media Manager for one our esteemed client, who knows that successful campaigns aren't built on luck—they're built on data, creativity and relentless optimisation.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platform
n
- Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaign
n
- Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spen
n
- Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funnel
n
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structure
n
- Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insight
n
- Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert
n
- Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next step
n
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging advertising trend
n
- Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5 -6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketing
n
- Agency experience is highly preferred
n




- Strong expertise in:
n
- Meta Ads Manager
n
- Google Ads
n
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
n
- Google Tag Manager
n
- Search Console
n
- LinkedIn Ads
n
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution models
n
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reporting
n
- Excellent analytical thinking with strong communication skill
n
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude is a bonus.
