Nursing Officer

- Role: Nursing Officer – Clinical Services, Home Healthcare & Elder Care
n
- Location: Delhi NCR / Kolkata / Tripura / Other assigned locations
n
- Experience: 2–5 years clinical nursing experience
n
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
n
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration
n
- Certification: Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
n
- Reporting: Clinical Head / Operations Manager
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct patient nursing assessments and prepare individualized care plans.
n
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy and manage wound care.
n
- Handle catheterization, feeding tubes, tracheostomy and oxygen therapy .
n
- Monitor vital signs and identify early clinical deterioration.
n
- Provide home healthcare and geriatric nursing care .
n
- Manage chronic diseases and support dementia/Alzheimer’s care .
n
- Identify and prevent fall risks among elderly patients.
n
- Supervise, train and guide caregivers/attendants .
n




- Counsel patients and families on treatment and home-care procedures.
n
- Maintain EMR, nursing records, clinical reports and progress notes .
n
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, infection control and statutory requirements .
n
- Handle emergencies, perform BLS , and coordinate hospital transfers.
n
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
n
