Job Title: Team Lead (MIS) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company: Advantmed India LLP Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Advantmed is seeking an experienced MIS Team Leader to lead our IHA Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in MIS reporting, report automation, business intelligence, team management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a data-driven professional capable of managing a team, enhancing reporting processes, and delivering actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 6-8 MIS Executives and Automation Analysts. Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting requirements. Monitor team productivity, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics. Manage client requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development initiatives.



Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation. Analyze operational data and provide meaningful business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence. Resolve reporting, system, and operational issues impacting service quality. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage. Experience working with US Healthcare clients. Six Sigma certification is preferred. Experience automating reports using SQL databases, email automation, and FTP processes.
