About the Role n

Are you a design professional with a sharp eye for aesthetics, interiors, custom furniture detailing, and spatial planning—paired with the flair to pitch, engage, and convert high-net-worth clients?

We are an established interior and bespoke furniture studio operating across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a Design & Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between creative design concepts and client acquisition. In this role, you won't just generate design ideas; you will guide clients from initial consultation and concept development through to deal closure and final execution handoff.

Key Responsibilities n

Design & Client Consultation n

n
- Meet prospective clients (homeowners, architects, developers) to understand project vision, space layout, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
n
- Prepare design proposals, mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and custom furniture schedules tailored to client specifications.
n
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of materials, wood finishes, fabrics, joinery details, and spatial ergonomics to guide client decisions.
n

Business Development & Sales Conversion nn
- Act as the primary point of contact for leads, turning initial inquiries into signed design and furniture packages.
n
- Present design concepts and pricing structures confidently,



addressing objections and closing sales effectively.
n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet quarterly revenue targets for design services and furniture sales.
n
- Collaborate with internal procurement and project implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from sales sign-off to site execution.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements n

Required Education & Background n

n
- Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or Architecture from a premier institute (e.g., NID, CEPT, NIFT, SPA, or equivalent top-tier design schools).
n

Experience & Competencies nn
- 3+ years of experience in interior design and custom furniture sales within luxury residential or high-end commercial sectors.

- Proven track record in high-value sales: Demonstrated ability to consult, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with HNWIs, architects, and interior stylists across Delhi NCR.
n
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or relevant 3D rendering software; robust ability to interpret architectural drawings.
n
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal flair for high-level client relationship management.
