Job Title: NPD Engineer / Executive*

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) activities.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams for product development projects.

Develop product specifications, BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.

Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate recent materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Prepare prototypes and oversee product testing and validation.

Ensure products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time product launches.

Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.





Analyze market trends and competitor products for recent development opportunities.

Maintain NPD records, reports, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in New Product Development, Product Engineering, or R&D.;

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
