Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed customer service process in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Achieve assigned customer service targets.




Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements
Intermediate / 12th Pass & above.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Tamil and English speaking is mandatory.
Good verbal communication skills.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working from office.
Willingness to work as per business/shift requirements.
