As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
Solid experience in scripting for automation, system monitoring, and process optimization within Unix settings.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to shell scripting and system integration.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable scripts that support enterprise-level applications.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
