Role & responsibilities
Source affordable housing loan prospects through direct channels, connectors, and field visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Conduct preliminary credit assessment and collect required documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file processing.
Ensure timely login, follow-up, and disbursement of home loan applications.
Maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly targets for sourcing and disbursement.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent post-disbursement support.
