We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Process Associate to support our International Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining logistics documentation, tracking shipments, communicating with customers and overseas partners, and ensuring smooth execution of international logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day international logistics and shipment-related activities.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and overseas agents.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and logistics documents.
Assist with import/export documentation and shipment processing.
Coordinate shipment bookings, pickup schedules, and delivery arrangements.
Update shipment details and records in internal systems/ERP.
Monitor shipment schedules and identify delays or operational issues.
Communicate with international clients and overseas partners through email and phone.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate shipment information.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Documentation, Accounts, and Operations.




Ensure all shipment-related information is updated accurately and on time.
Maintain proper records of shipments, invoices, documents, and customer communications.
Follow company procedures and international logistics compliance requirements.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of International Logistics, Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, and Shipping.
Valuable email communication and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or international operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,082.83 - ₹41,137.20 per month
