About the Role

We are looking for a Spray Painter to paint and finish Gappu's musical instruments according to the required colours, finish, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is willing to learn, work carefully, and develop their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Spray paint Gappu products according to specified colours and finishes.
Prepare surfaces before painting and ensure proper finishing.
Maintain consistency in colour, coating, and overall appearance.
Identify defects such as uneven coating, spots, runs, or incorrect finishes.
Maintain and clean spray-painting equipment and workspace.
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Work with senior team members and factory labour to complete production targets.

Who Is This For?
Someone with experience in spray painting, furniture, automotive, woodwork,



or similar work.
Freshers with relevant practical skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to work in a factory workplace.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality.

Growth Prospect

The Junior Spray Painter can progress to Senior Spray Painter / Team Lead based on performance, quality of work, reliability, and ability to train and manage other workers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
