Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and site visits
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site tours
Build robust relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
Follow up with prospective clients regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures
Negotiate pricing and assist clients through the booking process





Requirements
Graduate preferred
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of Noida real estate market
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Excel preferred
