The key objective is to build a highly organized, effective and professionally managed manufacturing setting with streamlined processes and measurable production performance.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Layout & Process Flow
Optimize factory layout, machinery and workstation placement.
Establish effective flow: Stores → Cutting → Punching → Bending → Welding → Painting → Assembly → Wiring → Testing → Dispatch.
Reduce material movement, WIP, delays and bottlenecks.

Production & Operations
Manage day-to-day factory operations and production planning.
Manage manpower, productivity, output and shop-floor discipline.
Overall professional appearance and standards of the factory
Coordinate with stores, purchase, design, quality, projects and dispatch.

Manufacturing Excellence
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement SOPs and standardized work processes.
Improve OEE, productivity, throughput and machine utilization.
Drive cost reduction and process efficiency.

Sheet Metal & Fabrication




Manage cutting, CNC/punching, bending, welding, grinding, painting and assembly.
Improve machine utilization and reduce downtime and process delays.

Quality, Safety & Material Management
Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
Ensure safety, housekeeping and 5S compliance.
Improve stores, WIP and material movement systems.
