About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customs Coordinator to join our growing Canadian logistics operations team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of customs documentation and border clearance processes for Canada and the United States, along with hands-on experience handling PAPS, PARS, ACE, ACI and Bonded Shipments filings.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customs documentation for cross-border shipments.
Prepare and submit PAPS and PARS entries.
Handle ACE and ACI filings accurately and on time.
Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal operations teams.
Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Resolve customs-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customs transactions.
Ensure all customs filings meet Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in customs coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.




Good working knowledge of Bonded Shipments, PAPS, PARS, ACE, and ACI processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Canadian transportation or logistics operations will be an asset.
Candidate must have good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of customs compliance and border clearance procedures.
Experience working with trucking, dispatch, or freight brokerage companies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
