We are looking for motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements
Follow up with customers for order confirmation
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
Build and maintain solid customer relationships

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
