Job Summary

Dyneton is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive – Fresher to join our HR team in Jaipur. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in recruitment and HR operations and gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for different positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the concerned teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.




Maintain candidate and employee records and update recruitment trackers.
Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
Coordinate with different teams regarding hiring requirements and employee-related activities.

Requirements
Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources are preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations are preferred.
