Responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, managing the sales team, improving customer experience, and driving overall business growth through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
Allocate daily leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
Monitor enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and cancellations.
Develop strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and sales conversions.
Ensure proper product presentation and customer handling.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and local sales prospects.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and Accounts teams.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and customer satisfaction.
Review sales performance through daily and monthly reports.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper usage and updating of DMS/CRM systems.
Handle customer escalations and resolve sales-related issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
