Responsible for handling showroom customers, explaining two-wheeler models, generating sales enquiries, conducting test rides, and achieving monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheelers.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers and finance options.
Arrange and coordinate test rides.
Generate recent sales enquiries through showroom walk-ins, calls and leads.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Accounts teams for vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records in DMS.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure proper documentation before vehicle delivery.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage referrals.
Participate in showroom promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
Ensure showroom display vehicles are properly maintained and presented.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
