Job Summary
Ordore is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive recent customer acquisition among restaurants and cafes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching Ordore's software solutions, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with customers post-sale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven, commission-based workplace and is eager to grow their career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads among restaurants, cafes, and food business owners
Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp/email outreach, and in-person visits to prospective clients
Present and demo Ordore's software modules to potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the right product module (Small/Medium/Big)
Negotiate pricing and close sales within company guidelines
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM
Meet monthly activity and sales targets as set by management
Build long-term relationships with customers to support renewals and upsells
Provide feedback from the field on customer needs, objections,



and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
Basic computer literacy (comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, email)
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate)
Willingness to travel locally for client visits, if required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of calls/outreach attempts per day
Number of demos/meetings booked per week
Number of modules sold per month
Conversion rate of leads to closed sales

Growth Path
High-performing executives will have the chance to move into Senior Sales Executive or Team Lead roles as Ordore scales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
