About the Role

Skillfloor Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable professionals to join as Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainees in the domains of Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured one-month training program followed by an assessment.

Candidates who successfully complete the training and assessment will be offered a full-time position as a Trainer/SME with Skillfloor Academy.

Training & Onboarding
Training Duration: 1 Month (Mandatory)
Training Location: Bengaluru – Kudlu Gate Office
Stipend During Training: ₹25,000 per month
Accommodation will be provided during the training period for candidates relocating from outside Bengaluru (excluding Bengaluru residents).
Assessment: Conducted during the training period
Employment Contract: 1-year service agreement from the date of joining as a fulltime employee

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.




Develop and update training content, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor learners and support their academic and career development.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training quality and learner outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience.
Preferably 1 year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or knowledgesharing roles.
Strong knowledge of programming concepts is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred candidates to have basic knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics and Cyber Security
