Responsible for preparing and baking breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and other bakery products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake bakery products as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain mise-en-place and daily production requirements.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly.
Monitor stock levels and follow FIFO procedures.
Minimize wastage and maintain a clean work area.
Assist senior chefs in daily bakery operations.

Requirements
2–4 years of bakery experience.
Knowledge of baking techniques and bakery production.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
