We are looking for confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The company will provide the required customer/prospect data, and the Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to the data provided by the company.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
Convince prospects and convert interested customers into clients.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.
Maintain a skilled relationship with prospects and clients.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident while speaking with customers over the phone.
Robust interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to work in the 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM night shift.
Previous sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
