As the Guest Relations Manager at Koala, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction and enhancing the reputation of the Koala brand. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail in hospitality services, and the ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, providing concierge services, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Koala Concierge cum Auditor:
Ensure seamless hospitality experiences for Koala guests during check-in and check-out.
Communicate effectively with guests to educate them about Koala's services and offerings.
Coordinate concierge services to enhance guest experience.
Conduct audits, and manage pre-arrival checklists and on-ground branding placements.
Provide day-to-day administrative support for viewings, meetings, and gifting activities.
Manage databases and generate reports as required.

Educational Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Prior Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years working in hotels or similar settings, focusing on managing front desk operations, guest services, and assisting guests with special requests.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
