Travel Agent — Job Description
Role: Travel Agent
Handle flight, hotel, holiday, and travel bookings.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.
Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel queries.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Provide valuable customer service throughout the booking process.
Requirements: Positive communication, customer-handling and sales skills. Travel industry experience is preferred.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
