Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer to ensure a protected working environment at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor workplace health & safety policies
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Identify hazards and take corrective/preventive actions
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Coordinate with project teams to maintain safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering / Safety
Certification in Industrial Safety
2–3 years of experience as a Safety Officer (construction/HVAC preferred)
Good knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
