Job Overview
We are seeking Event Planning Executive for a event company in Andheri East near Metro Station, for end-to-end coordination The role requires valuable communication skills in mails and verbal and passion for events.
Proactive, Organised and Passion for events Candidate to apply with qualities to take ownership of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with hotels, vendors
Ensure timely confirmations, follow-ups, and closures with all vendors
Prepare internal operational updates and reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
Degree/Diploma in Events / Hospitality / MICE is an added advantageExperience
1+ year of experience in Event Operations / MICE
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
