Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding IT consultants for US clients. The candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience hiring OPT and CPT candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, universities, social media, and internal databases
Strong experience in hiring OPT and CPT candidates
Conduct screening interviews and initial assessments
Coordinate the recruitment process until consultant onboarding
Work on employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099
Perform cold calling and rate negotiation
Build and maintain a strong consultant database




Work closely with client accounts and understand consulting requirements
Stay updated with trending IT technologies and market demand

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate hiring
Good networking and sourcing abilities
Knowledge of US employment terms and tax structures
Target-oriented and team player

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Total work experience 2 to 5 years preferred

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
