Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Preferred Background: Payroll Outsourcing / Third Party Payroll

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off )

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:45 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations. The ideal

candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes, statutory compliances, employee

documentation, and advanced Excel. Experience in payroll outsourcing or third-party payroll is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end outsourced payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.

 Prepare salary structures and CTC calculations in accordance with applicable labour laws and statutory

requirements.

 Handle employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal letters, relieving letters,

and related documents.

 Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee master data.

 Process Full & Final settlements and resolve employee payroll-related queries.

 Manage statutory compliance activities including PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF,



Bonus, and Gratuity.

 Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and employees to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Required Skills

 Solid knowledge of Indian payroll processing and HR operations.

 Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, formulas, and payroll-related calculations.

 Good understanding of gratuity and bonus calculations.

 Positive understanding of payroll compliances and employee documentation.

 Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage payroll data accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, payroll outsourcing, third-party payroll, or HR

operations will be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with large employee datasets and handling

payroll activities with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
