Job Description – Senior Construction Leadership | High-Rise Residential

We are looking for senior construction professionals to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects.
Manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion, quality, safety, and cost control.
Drive project planning, execution, and overall delivery.
Resolve site and project-level challenges effectively.

Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.
20+ years of relevant construction experience.
Minimum 10 years of recent experience in India.
Solid contractor-side experience with a reputed construction company.
Proven experience handling large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Robust leadership, team management, and project execution skills.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
