International Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers Can Apply
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab up to 20 KM
Meal: One-Time Meal
Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities :-
Handle customer queries through voice/chat as per process requirements.
Communicate with international customers and provide accurate solutions.
Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements :-
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
