IUP Venture LLP is looking for a responsible and organized logistics supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, dispatch coordination, vendor management, and warehouse supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and delivery partners.
Plan and monitor dispatches and deliveries.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
Maintain warehouse safety standards and operational compliance.
Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management.
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Solid communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
