The candidate will be responsible for designing a diverse range of creative assets across digital and print media, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity in visual storytelling, and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into transparent, engaging designs.

Responsibilities-

· Conceptualize and create unique, visually compelling designs that strengthen brand presence and simplify complex information.

· Design engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and visual clarity.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual language across all communication touchpoints.

· Create reusable design templates, icons, and infographics to improve efficiency and maintain brand consistency.

· Develop modern illustrations, visual elements, and layouts that align with brand tone and enhance user engagement.

· Leverage AI-driven design tools and automation to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and deliver innovative visual solutions.

· Lead design projects and campaigns from concept to completion, maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and timeliness.





· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand communication is cohesive, visually consistent, and strategically aligned across platforms.

· Stay updated on emerging AI design technologies, trends, and best practices, integrating them into daily workflows to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skillsets-

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

· Exceptional creativity and cutting-edge design skills

· 5+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc.

· Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

· Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript a plus

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced environment

· Video editing would be a plus.
